Melissa Peterson is a naturopath specializing in nutrition education. Melissa has been writing and editing technical and patient-friendly nutritional information for over ten years. During this time she taught 2nd year nutrition to budding naturopaths and nutritionists at a leading naturopathic college. She also co-wrote the workbooks required for this course. Melissa qualified as a naturopath in 1998, upgrading this qualification in 2002 and completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Evidence-Based Practice. She was in private practice for four years before moving into the writing and editing profession.
